solution:-

The printer is not on then open the center side it will show like this

Then  again, power on it will move the printing box (it a head problem and the printing spread line does not open properly) open to clean the head and check one the board ic it working properly it amazing 

Printer switch on(dead condition )

    main function connecting bus (wire) problem some loose connection press little harder and then

    The problem is the head on the backside up the image u need to flash with liquid it available in cleaning the   care full with the dead bus point do not clean that one it impotent

mother borad problem it not easy to solve change the board it only solution or you are technician chnagea the main two IC and 

SOFTWARE PROBLEMS 

    it opens the property of printer --> go  to the manager it will open cleaning head software wise it will take 2 to 5 min after some 5 to 10 print the paper it will work well
